Capfield has secured a major new letting with H&M at its Nautica shopping centre located next to Tallinn Port in the city centre. The H&M store will open in Spring 2018.
“The opening event of Nautica was a big success and since then we have seen significant growth in the appeal of the shopping centre to leading retailers because it offers a first class shopping environment in the heart of Tallinn city centre. H&M’s store will be a major addition to the fashion already available at Nautica.” said Ruben Gornischeff, Board Member, Capfield.
Nautica shopping centre opened on 19th October and provides some of the best shopping and leisure in Tallinn city centre. Nautica has great youth fashion with Sinsay, House, Cropp, Denim Dream and Takko all under one roof. The arrival of H&M in Spring 2018 enhances that fashion offering, giving shoppers some of the most well-known and desired retailers.
Nautica offers a unique leisure experience to complement the leading mix of retail. Visitors of all ages can enjoy the minigolf adventures at Park Minigolf or virtual experience at Futuruum. Nautica also boasts extensive dining such as BabyBack Ribs & BBQ and CHI which can be found on the scenic second floor of the centre.
